We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Casual Retail Team Members / Baristas to join our World Square team. Whether you're an experienced barista or have a strong hospitality background, this is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive and growing team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing quality coffee and beverages
- Delivering friendly and efficient customer service
- Serving and packaging donuts and other products
- Operating the POS and processing customer transactions
- Keeping the store clean, stocked, and well-presented
- Working closely with your teammates to create a great customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is highly regarded
- Previous barista or coffee-making experience is preferred
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and enjoys working as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
Availability – Essential Requirement
To be considered for this role, you'll need to be available to work every Saturday and Sunday, as well as some weekday shifts.
Our roster includes opening shifts from 6:30 AM and closing shifts finishing as late as 11:30 PM, so flexibility across these hours is essential. The more flexible your availability, the more opportunities you'll have to pick up shifts and support the team.
