Part-Time Kitchen Hand & Front-of-House Assistant – Wild Asia
- Wild Asia is looking for a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Kitchen Hand and Front-of-House Assistant to join our team in Graceville.
- The role includes dishwashing, kitchen cleaning, basic food preparation, supporting chefs during busy service periods and assisting with dine-in customer service.
- Applicants should be punctual, organised, friendly and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Evening and weekend availability is required.
- Previous hospitality or customer-service experience is preferred, but training will be provided to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, cooking utensils and kitchen equipment
- Keep the kitchen, storage areas and workstations clean and organised
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation
- Wash, peel and cut ingredients when required
- Receive and store food supplies correctly
- Remove rubbish and follow proper waste-disposal procedures
- Follow food-safety, hygiene and workplace-safety requirements
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
- Complete opening and closing cleaning duties as required
- Welcome and assist dine-in customers
- Take customer orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks to dine-in customers
- Clear and clean tables
- Maintain a clean and organised dining area
- Assist with takeaway orders and front-counter duties
- Respond politely to customer questions and requests
