About the Role...
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Production Operator to join our small but vibrant and energetic Alusolutions team.
You will be responsible for:

Operating various machinery and equipment - plate saw, band saw and guillotine
-
Performing quality checks and troubleshooting any issues to ensure consistent output and product quality.

Adhering to all health, safety and environmental procedures to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.

Assisting with the maintenance and cleaning of equipment to keep it in optimal working condition.

Collaborating with the production team to identify and implement process improvements.

Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to production activities
About You...
You will have:
-
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the metal industry.

Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate and maintain various types of industrial equipment.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues quickly.

Commitment to workplace health and safety and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.

Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
