ABOUT THE ROLE
Permanent | Full-Time | Hybrid
We’re on the lookout for a reliable, friendly, and quick learner to join our fast paced National E-Salvage team, in a permanent, full-time position (Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm). To be successful in this role, you’ll bring a keen attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a can-do attitude.
What you will do:
- Deliver exceptional service – Engage with customers and buyers over the phone and via email, providing clear information and expert advice every day.
- Supplier Relations – Continue to strengthen and improve relationships through problem solving between suppliers by being their first point of call.
- Keep things moving – Reconcile invoices, purchase orders, transport work orders, sales, credit card payments, and accurately prepare gate passes, drafts for payouts, and cancelled purchases.
- Own the details – Complete all auction-related administration with accuracy and speed, hitting deadlines every time.
- Exceed expectations – Ensure buyers and vendors receive timely, precise support that meets their needs.
- Be the backbone – Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless support
- Work alongside product – Work closely with product teams improving efficiency to deliver the best outcomes for both yards and vendors.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a high-volume reception or customer service position
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously without close supervision
