- Has previous barista experience in a busy café environment
- Can confidently make high-quality coffee consistently
- Has excellent customer service skills
- Works well under pressure during busy periods

- Is reliable, punctual, and well presented
- Can maintain cleanliness and organisation in the café
- Has availability across weekdays and weekends

- Preparing and serving quality coffee and beverages
