With over 100 fresh, high-quality ingredients to build your dream pot, six rich and aromatic broths, and premium halal meats, seafood, noodles, snacks and sweets, the options are endless.
We're growing fast, and we're looking for energetic, reliable All Rounders to join our front-of-house and floor team.
The Role
As an All Rounder, you'll be the heartbeat of the restaurant — moving between the floor, service stations, and support areas to keep everything running smoothly. You'll greet and look after guests, keep the dining space clean and well-stocked, and jump in wherever the team needs you. No two shifts are the same, so we're after someone who thrives on variety and stays calm when things get busy.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and guide them through the Running Pot dining experience
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
- Restock and maintain the ingredient buffet and service stations to a high standard
- Keep tables, dining areas, and work spaces clean, tidy, and hygienic
- Clear and reset tables efficiently for incoming guests
- Support kitchen and floor staff during peak periods
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues with a positive, can-do attitude
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and halal handling procedures
