Your new role:
As an Enrolled Nurse Advanced Skills (ENAS), you'll provide advanced, evidence-based nursing care within Specialist Outpatient Services under the guidance of Registered Nurses. Working across a variety of specialist clinics, you'll help deliver outstanding patient experiences while contributing to quality improvement and collaborative care.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver advanced, person-centred nursing care across specialist outpatient clinics.
Support multidisciplinary teams by applying advanced clinical knowledge and evidence-based practice.
Contribute to quality improvement, patient safety and effective use of electronic medical records.
Mentor less experienced staff while supporting education and continuous professional development.
About you:
You are an experienced Enrolled Nurse who enjoys working collaboratively and delivering high-quality outpatient care across a diverse range of specialties.
Skills & Experience
Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).
Advanced clinical skills with experience in outpatient, acute or specialist nursing environments.
Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills with a patient-centred approach.
Commitment to continuous learning, quality improvement and delivering safe, evidence-based care.
