As we continue to grow and prepare for a number of upcoming projects within our Grinding business, we are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Project Managers for potential 6-12 month contract opportunities based in either West Perth or Brisbane , with the possibility of transitioning into permanent roles.

About the Opportunity
As a Project Manager within our Minerals business, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of grinding projects, leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities may include:
Managing customer and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Commercial management of contracts, including delivery against budgeted gross margin targets
Driving HSE compliance and promoting a strong safety culture
Managing project scope, interfaces and change control
Planning and coordinating all project activities, including engineering, procurement, construction, scheduling and resourcing
Cost control, forecasting and estimating
Project reporting and performance tracking
Quality management and continuous improvement
Leading multidisciplinary project teams
Identifying and mitigating project risks
Collaborating closely with Contracts, Construction and Procurement teams
About You
We're interested in connecting with motivated and results-driven project leaders who thrive in dynamic, customer-focused environments.
Ideally, you'll bring:
10+ years' EPC/M Project Management experience within mining and minerals processing
International project experience (highly regarded)
Demonstrated success delivering complex projects from initiation through to completion
Strong commercial and contract management skills
Excellent stakeholder engagement and customer relationship management capabilities
The ability to influence and work effectively across a matrix organisation
Strategic thinking combined with strong project execution skills
Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams
Sound understanding of risk management and project controls
Learning agility and confidence using systems such as SAP, Enovia, MS Office Suite and AutoCAD
A proactive mindset with the ability to drive change and continuous improvement
