The Opportunity:
- Managing and coordinating the service department by leading a team committed to exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality work.
- Mentoring, motivating, and inspiring team members to consistently reach their full potential.
- Streamlining work processes to ensure efficiency while meeting industry standards.
- Maintaining accurate records of all service work performed.
- Supervising technical tasks, tracking progress, and conducting final quality checks upon completion.
About You:
- Possession of a heavy vehicle or agricultural trade qualification is advantageous.
- A current forklift license or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to a safe and clean work environment.
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of Technicians and Apprentices.
- Experience in team management is advantageous.
