We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Casual Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team at the Panorama Retreat & Resort. In this role, you’ll deliver outstanding service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in a fast-paced and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a professional and welcoming manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver meals and beverages to tables and ensure guest satisfaction
- Process payments and handle POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas
- Assist with set-up and pack-down of service areas or events
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
About You
- Previous experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or customer service (preferred but not essential)
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings
