Casual Support Worker – NDIS Participant Support
We’re seeking a compassionate and reliable support worker to provide one‑on‑one support to a male NDIS participant who uses a wheelchair. This is a casual role focused on maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life.
About the Role
You’ll be supporting a male participant with his daily living needs, including:
- Personal care — showering, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene support
- Domestic assistance — cleaning, tidying, laundry, and maintaining a safe home environment
- Daily living support — assisting with meals, routines, and general wellbeing
- Companionship and supervision — being present, attentive, and responsive to his needs throughout the shift
What We’re Looking For
- A caring, patient, and respectful approach
- Experience in disability or aged care
- Reliability and strong communication skills
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid & CPR
- Willingness to perform personal care and domestic tasks
