The Opportunity:
This role will work directly alongside the Digital Manager & Head of Marketing, as part of a tight-knit, advanced & super collaborative Digital team. You will play a pivotal part in owning and shaping the onsite customer experience, working across multiple Shopify Plus platforms, to manage onsite merchandising and product uploading.
You'll work side by side with the Performance Marketing & CRM teams, identifying new areas of growth & opportunity, be customer-centric in everything you do, driving customer engagement, loyalty & increased conversions.
Experience Needed & What You'll be Working on:
- Demonstrated experience within eCommerce, ideally 2-3yrs of experience in an eCommerce Specialist or Coordinator role, within the Retail industry
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of Shopify Plus, Klaviyo & Google Analytics, and the ability to interpret and present key data trends
- Solid experience with product uploading, onsite merchandising and content strategies, as well as backend platform management
- The ability to work at pace - managing multiple platforms and brands, moving between different customer audiences & product portfolios
- A strong cross-functional working style and ability to partner closely with key counterparts in Marketing, Digital, CRM and Product
- Solid attention to detail and the ability to spot problems or roadblocks before they arise
- A strategic and forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to bring suggestions & ideas to drive growth & optimise further
