About the Role
Belontra Support is currently seeking compassionate and reliable Casual Social Support Workers to join our growing team.
We are particularly interested in applicants who reside in Perth's northern metropolitan area, as current and anticipated client services are primarily located North of the River.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and social support
- Support community, social, and recreational participation
- Accompany clients to appointments, shopping, and outings
- Assist with basic digital support and online connection
- Encourage independence, dignity, and confidence
- Maintain professional boundaries and follow support arrangements
Requirements
- Right to work in Australia (Required)
- Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one (Required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and professional attitude
- Ability to travel to clients across Perth
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Community Services, or similar qualification
- Applicants must have at least 1 year of relevant Australian support experience
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification (Preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Preferred)
