Recruitment Consultant – Mental Health Nursing

We're thrilled to bring an exciting opportunity to join cmr's Mental Health Nursing recruitment team to market, for commencement no later than Monday the 5th of October. This position works Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm in Fortitude Valley.
This will be the fourth desk in the specialty, joining an extended team of six alongside our Social Care division. With tenure across the team ranging from a year and a half to over four years, you'll be stepping into a group that knows how to win, and wants to bring you with them.

What will you bring?

- Recruitment experience
- Strong sales experience (this is a big one for us)
- Call centre experience
- Experience within healthcare (a background or genuine interest in mental health nursing is a strong advantage)

What will you be doing?
- Running a full-service temp desk across mental health nursing, with genuine autonomy to build it your way
- Driving your own business development — this is a BD-heavy desk, and you'll be the one opening doors, not waiting for them to open
- Building candidate relationships with real depth — mental health nurses value a genuine conversation, and you'll own that candidate relationship while maintaining high contact
- Thinking beyond the placement — seeing the bigger picture of how your desk fits into a growing specialty and a growing team
- Bringing the energy that makes the people around you want to raise their own game
