About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Physiotherapist Mentoring Program as a Physiotherapist. In this full-time role based in Mudgee, NSW, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative team, providing high-quality physiotherapy services to the local community. The program offers a structured and comprehensive mentoring approach to help you develop your skills and transition into clinical practice.
What you'll be doing
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for a diverse client base
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care
- Participate in regular mentoring sessions and professional development activities to continually enhance your skills
- Contribute to the development and improvement of physiotherapy services within the organisation
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
- Recent or soon-to-be graduate (AHPRA registered or nearly there)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills to provide high-quality, patient-centred care
- Passion for continuing professional development and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes
- Willingness to learn and develop your skills under the guidance of experienced physiotherapists
- Australian work rights required for this position

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
