The Opportunity
Join Veolia ANZ as a Regional Manager in Ballarat, Victoria. You'll oversee safe waste collection and transport operations while maintaining compliance with our systems, policies, and procedures.
You'll manage resources and operations to meet safety KPIs and financial targets, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring regulatory compliance across the region.

What you'll be responsible for
Manage operations within budget and achieve financial objectives
Lead the operational team and guide internal stakeholders
champion safety initiatives and build a strong safety culture
Maintain business intelligence and stay informed of industry innovations
Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams (Sales, Fleet, Procurement, Health & Safety) and external stakeholders
Manage customer engagement and external relationships
Meet operational targets and KPIs
Coordinate across technical, asset management, financial, and administrative teams
Promote high standards of safety and staff wellbeing
What you'll need to be successful
Tertiary qualification in Business, Management, or Logistics (or 10+ years equivalent experience)
Proven operational background with strong site-based service delivery oversight
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow senior client relationships
Proficiency in Google Suite and strong computer literacy
Valid driver's licence
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities
Genuine commitment to safety and a positive, can-do attitude
