About Floor Maintenance Solutions
At Floor Maintenance Solutions, we specialise in the restoration, maintenance, protection, and enhancement of commercial and industrial flooring. We work across retail centres, schools, healthcare facilities, warehouses, offices, and commercial buildings throughout Melbourne.
As demand continues to grow, we are looking for motivated Labourers to join our team and develop specialist skills within the floor maintenance industry.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role working alongside experienced technicians on commercial projects throughout Melbourne.
Training will be provided in:
- Floor stripping and sealing
- Surface preparation
- Floor polishing and restoration
- Concrete grinding
- Protective floor coatings
- Equipment operation and maintenance
- Site preparation and clean-up
What We're Looking For

- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Reliable and punctual

- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn new skills
Essential Requirements
- White Card
- Current Driver's Licence
- Full working rights in Australia
- Ability to work across various Melbourne locations
Desirable
- Experience in construction, maintenance, cleaning, flooring, painting, landscaping, or trade assistant roles
- Experience using power tools and equipment
