The role is available on either a permanent full-time or part-time basis , reporting to the Chief Technologist, with weekday shifts rostered between 8:30am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday .
Role Overview
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting Radiologists with a range of interventional procedures, including obtaining informed consent, completing medical history assessments, monitoring baseline observations, and providing post-procedure patient recovery.
- Administering medications as required for procedures and examinations.
- Supporting a variety of interventional procedures including biopsies, lumbar punctures, drainages, and pain management injections.
- Collaborating with Radiologists, Nuclear Medicine Physicians, technical and administration teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
Maintaining high clinical standards while contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.

What we're looking for:
✅ Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (Endorsed Enrolled Nurses are also encouraged to apply).
✅ Cannulation experience is desirable but not essential.
✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centred approach.
✅ Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
