BUMP Mitcham is looking for a confident, energetic and people-focused Membership Sales & Reception Consultant to become the face of our beautiful women's-only health and fitness community.
This isn't your typical reception role.
You'll be welcoming members with a smile, helping women begin their fitness journey, conducting gym tours, following up membership enquiries and playing a key role in growing our community.

About the Role
As our Membership Sales & Reception Consultant, you'll be the first impression of BUMP Mitcham and an important part of our growth.
You'll be responsible for:
Sales
- Following up new membership enquiries via phone, SMS and email
- Conducting gym tours and membership consultations
- Converting enquiries into members
- Managing leads through our CRM
- Achieving membership sales targets
- Supporting promotional campaigns and referrals
Reception
- Welcoming members and visitors
- Answering phone and email enquiries
- Assisting members with bookings and account enquiries
- Supporting new member onboarding
- Maintaining a clean, professional and welcoming reception area
Administration
- Updating member records
- Completing daily administrative tasks
- Preparing sales reports
- Tracking membership performance and lead conversions
- Supporting marketing with occasional photos and videos
About You
You'll be someone who:
✔ Loves building relationships with people
✔ Enjoys working towards sales targets
✔ Has exceptional customer service skills
✔ Is confident speaking on the phone
✔ Is organised and proactive
✔ Has a positive, can-do attitude
✔ Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 1 year's experience in sales
- Previous reception, customer service or administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills and confidence learning new software
- Current Working with Children Check
- Availability to work Monday to Thursday 4pm – 7.30pm (with occasional weekends)
Highly Regarded
- Experience in the fitness, health or wellness industry
- Experience using CRM or membership management software
