IZAKAYA DOMO is an exciting new Japanese Izakaya & bar located in the heart of Melbourne. We are currently seeking a passionate, energetic, creative and experienced Bartender to work with amazing team.

What you will need:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a bartender in a bar or dining restaurant.
Strong knowledge of whisky and Japanese sake, with the ability to explain them confidently to customers.
At least 2 years’ experience with cocktails and solid practical bar skills.
Must be able to communicate fluently in English with customers.
A positive attitude and friendly personality are essential.
Must hold a valid visa with no work restrictions.

Working Hours:
30-38 hours per week, including weekends.
Flexible roster, including evenings (Mon-Sun).

About the Benefits
Hourly wage:
Weekday : $32 + Super.
Weekend : Legal weekend hourly rate applies + Super.
Public Holiday : Legal Public Holiday hourly rate applies + Super.
