Crumb Pet is bringing pick/pack in-house. We’re looking for a hands-on Fulfilment Team Lead to own daily dispatch, maintain tidy/accurate inventory, and build a small, reliable pick/pack team. You’ll keep same-day orders moving, close the daily manifest on time, and continually improve speed and accuracy.
What you’ll do
- Daily dispatch: pull orders by cut-off, pick accurately, QC, pack, print labels, close manifest, hand over to AusPost on time.
- Inventory & workspace: cycle counts, bin locations, re-order consumables before thresholds, maintain a clean 5S bench.
- Team leadership: hire/roster/coach 1–3 casual pickers; write and maintain simple SOPs.
- Quality & CI: drive DIFOT and packing accuracy; reduce “where’s my order?” tickets with better process.
You’ll bring
- 2+ years in e-commerce fulfilment/dispatch or warehouse coordination (startup/SME a plus).
- Comfortable with AusPost workflows (MyPost Business/eParcel) and label printers.
- Systems mindset (SOPs, checklists) with sleeves-up execution.
- Detail focus, calm under time pressure; basic Google Sheets skills.
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to ~15kg.

- Same-day dispatch (before cut-off)
- Pick/pack accuracy: ≥99.5%
- AusPost manifest & handover: 100% on business days
