Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with:
o Prisma product (implementation, change control, testing).
o GlobalProtect (GP) and ForcePoint cutover processes.
o Mac OS and Windows OS administration.
o On-Prem server management.
o Citrix environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex EUC transitions and new builds.
- Excellent understanding of change management processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills at L3+ level.
Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives
