About Us
ExhibitionCo is a full in-house exhibition and event build company based on the Northern Beaches (Cromer, NSW). We design, build and install custom stands and event environments for clients across Australia — and we do it all ourselves, from the workshop to the show floor.
The Role
We're looking for enthusiastic, hands-on and skilled people to join our team. You'll be working across a mix of workshop builds and on-site installations — putting together custom exhibition stands, event structures and fit-outs that our clients are proud to stand in front of.

What You'll Be Doing
- Building and assembling custom exhibition stands and structures
- On-site installation across a range of venues and events
- Reading and working from plans and drawings
- Using hand and power tools across a variety of materials
- Working as part of a team alongside builders, designers and project managers
- Work and travel across Australia (project pending)
What We're Looking For
- Practical experience in construction, fit-out, cabinetry, carpentry or a related trade
- Comfortable with tools and happy to get hands dirty
- Reliable, punctual and takes pride in quality work
- Good communicator and team player
- Willing to learn and take on more responsibility over time
- Forklift, NSW drivers license, white card, EWP licenses preferred but not essential
Due to the nature of the work, you will be required to be flexible rework hours as many of our installations are during the weekends and outside normal hours.
