In this role, you'll:
Undertake risk and assurance activities across operational contracts, provide expert advice on contract policy and processes, support assurance reviews, audits and compliance checks, monitor contractor performance, contribute to risk management activities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
You will drive improved operational contract performance, governance, compliance and risk management outcomes in a dynamic and high-volume operational environment with competing priorities, complex policy and contractual frameworks, evolving stakeholder needs and limited resources. You will also support the planning and execution of assurance reviews, audits and compliance checks including preparing documentation, collating evidence and drafting reports.

About you
Your contract management, risk and assurance, stakeholder engagement, governance and analytical skills formed across procurement, contract management, operational performance, risk, assurance, infrastructure, transport or government environments will see you excel in balancing competing priorities across multiple contracts and stakeholders, navigating complex policy and contractual environments and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to lead to effective governance, improved contract performance, compliance with legislative, policy and contractual requirements and informed decision-making.
You’re recognized as a professional who acts with integrity, skilled at providing contract policy advice, undertaking risk and assurance activities, monitoring contractor performance and supporting compliance reviews, experienced in NSW Government procurement and contract management practices, contract governance, assurance, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
