About the RoleAs Café Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring exceptional service, smooth operations, and a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily café operations
- Lead, train and support front-of-house staff
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage rosters and labour costs
- Handle stock ordering and inventory control
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Drive sales and help grow the business
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a café or restaurant management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends
