KOVA Built is growing, and we're looking for a mid-level metal roofer who's confident laying roof sheets and ready to work with minimal supervision.
We've built a skills and culture-based pay structure, the better you are at your trade, the more you earn.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 2+ years roofing experience
- Is confident laying metal roofing sheets
- Can complete standard flashings and cappings
- Can install gutters and downpipes
- Measures accurately
- Solves common problems without constant supervision
- Meets expected production standards
- Is reliable and turns up ready to work
- Works well within a crew
- Maintains a clean and professional site
Your pay within this range is set by your trade capability, productivity, and reliability, with room to progress as your skills grow.
WHAT KOVA COVERS
We don't expect our roofers to wear the cost of doing the job. We cover:
- ✅ Fuel for travel to and from jobs
- ✅ Work-related travel expenses
- ✅ Company tools / required tooling
- ✅ Work equipment
- ✅ Ongoing support and training
