We're currently looking for an experienced Senior Colourist to join our growing team and step into an established role, working alongside passionate professionals in a supportive, premium salon environment.

About the Role
You'll be responsible for delivering premium colour services while creating an exceptional client experience from consultation through to aftercare.
Services include:
- Luxury blonding
- Balayage
- Foiling
- Colour corrections
- Toners & glosses
- Root retouches
- Precision cutting & styling
- Client consultations
- Retail recommendations
- Maintaining high service standards
You'll also contribute to salon content creation and work collaboratively with the team to ensure every client receives the Ren Salon experience.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified hairdresser
- Strong technical colour knowledge
- Confident with blondes, balayage and colour corrections
- Excellent consultation skills
- Professional presentation
- High attention to detail
- Passion for premium client experiences
- Positive team player
- Looking for a long-term career
