Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of client's needs and develop customised treatment plans
- Administer remedial massage techniques to address muscular tension, pain, and dysfunction
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and exercises to support their treatment progress
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to provide comprehensive care
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and client confidentiality
Requirements:
- Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy
- Registration as a Remedial Massage Therapist that allows private health fund claiming
- Suitable visa that allows work in Australia
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
