Salary range: $34.53 to $36.30 p.h. (CA3)
Permanent Part-time, 2x positions available
4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity:
The purpose of this role is to contribute to patient care by providing clinical support tasks to increase patient nutrition, cognitive stimulation, mobility and functional independence, as delegated under the direct or indirect supervision of health professionals participating in the Eat Walk Engage (EWE) program at the Townsville University Hospital. The EWE program is a multi-professional approach to prevention of delirium and early restorative care in older patients.
Requirements:
Mandatory qualifications (Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent) and proof of registration (if applicable)
This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
Probation period may apply.
