- Coordinating maintenance, security and contractors in daily basis
- Being the first point of contact for residents and tenants. Liaising with owners, strata and committee members in regular basis
- Running routine checks, ensuring preventative maintenance to all plants and equipment.
- Monitor contractors sign in-out and onsite contractors like cleaners to upkeep standard as required.
- Tracking building performance, safety and service quality
Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
