Your new role:
The Clinical Nurse (CN) provides advanced clinical knowledge, expert planning, and coordination to manage clients with complex care needs within a specialized addiction service.
Lead clinical care: Coordinate and deliver expert specialist nursing care for clients experiencing substance use disorders.
Guide the team: Provide direct operational leadership, mentorship, and shift coordination in support of the Nurse Unit Manager.
Uphold safety standards: Apply clinical governance and quality frameworks through audits, incident reporting, and risk mitigation.
