In this role, you'll:
You’ll provide strategic leadership to drive continuous improvement in risk management maturity, culture and performance for Transport for NSW.
You’ll lead the design and implementation of TfNSW’s enterprise risk framework and risk maturity uplift program.
You'll have the opportunity to drive innovation and deliver high profile initiatives around risk appetite, culture and capability.
You will lead a small, high-performing team and partner with other functions across the three lines.
You’ll drive collaboration across senior leaders and stakeholders, influence decision-making at the executive level, and secure buy-in for critical risk initiatives in a dynamic and complex environment.
This permanent position is governed by our hybrid working model, which forms part of the organisation’s Flexible Working Arrangements and associated procedures. This includes a combination of required onsite attendance at our Elizabeth Street office in Sydney CBD and approved remote working.

About you
You are recognised expert in your field, a strategic thinker who demonstrates high levels of integrity, creativity and innovation, with extensive experience in enterprise risk management in a large and complex organisation.
Your leadership and management skills, combined with advanced collaboration and influencing capabilities at senior levels, will see you uplift risk maturity across the enterprise and embed sustainable practices that drive organisational success.
Candidates with relevant tertiary qualifications and professional certifications (CPA, RMIA, IIA) will be highly regarded.
