Bakers Delight FLINDERS SQUARE (YOKINE) require a reliable, outgoing and motivated person for casual work. If you have a big smile and a bubbly friendly personality, a positive attitude and great work ethic, we want you.
Your main duties will include customer service (including up-selling and add-on selling), merchandising and general cleaning. We will train you to use the tills, slice and package bread and deliver delightful customer service to our customers. Attention to detail is essential, as is an ability to follow instructions.
You must be prepared to adhere to Bakers Delight policies and respect the Bakers Delight brand. You must also have excellent oral and written communication skills.
We offer a friendly work environment and are reasonably flexible with rosters so that we can fit in with uni or tafe timetables. If you are a 2025 school leaver and are still looking for work, you are encouraged to apply as this is a great first job, previous work experience is not necessary. It is a great job if you are taking a gap year or looking to help support yourself through Uni or Tafe. School students are also encouraged to apply.
The successful applicant must be available to work on Mondays and Tuesdays and possibly a weekend shift, either Saturday or Sunday.
