Your role:
As an Access Network Engineer with a specialised focus on introducing AI & Automation to solution engineering and the delivery lifecycle, you will play a key role in building and scaling AI & Automation-powered engineering capabilities that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance decision-making across design, testing, and deployment workflows.
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on delivering real, production-grade solutions—from AI assistants to end-to-end automation pipelines—that will be used daily by engineering teams, transforming the way they design, test, and deploy network solutions.
You will play a key role in:
- Developing AI assistants to support engineering teams, including backlog management, development, test, knowledge retrieval, troubleshooting, and insights generation.
- Implementing “human-in-the-loop” models to ensure accuracy and trust, while ensuring security and responsible AI standards are followed.
- Building solutions leveraging existing Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) & machine learning models for analysis and prediction.
- Identifying and automating repetitive or manual processes across design, test, and deployment workflows
