About the Role
This role provides reception and administrative support, while helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. When our Administrator Officer is away, you will step in as needed to support the team, including assisting with roster-related tasks. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide reception support and act as first point of contact

Manage calls, emails, and general enquiries

Support admissions, agreements, and resident administration

Assist with reporting, correspondence, and general admin tasks

Rostering experience not required but highly regarded
-
Provide backfill support across the admin team during leave.
About You

Previous administration experience (aged care desirable)

Certificate III in Business (or equivalent experience)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Hold valid Australian Work Rights - Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor
