What You’ll Do:
- Work as part of a wider team supporting our clients to reach their goals
- Attend meetings and client specific training sessions as required
- Provide personal, physical, emotional and social support using a person-centred approach.
- Support daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, medications and personal errands.
- Assist with domestic activities such as cleaning, laundry and household tasks to maintain a comfortable living environment.
- Encourage meaningful engagement by facilitating participation in social/recreational activities, community access and building healthy relationships.
- Support effective communication and decision-making to promote independence and wellbeing.

- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in supporting vulnerable members of our community
- Availability for regular shifts for an ongoing roster
- Must have a current First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, and relevant checks.
