Job description:
We are seeking friendly Front of House team members to join our team. You will be the welcoming face of the cafe, greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering warm, attentive service in a calm, relaxed environment by the water. No experience needed; we'll teach you everything you need to know. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers warmly
- Take customer orders and manage POS transactions accurately
- Run food and drinks to tables
- Provide prompt, friendly customer service
- Clear and reset tables throughout service
- Maintain cleanliness of seating areas, counters, and shared spaces
- Restock service areas as needed
- Follow food safety and hygiene requirements
- Assist with opening and closing duties
