This is an excellent opportunity to join Access Seafood Pty Ltd / Fish and Fowl as a Retail Manager and further develop your career in the Australian retail industry. Our store is in Katoomba, and we are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to become part of our team.
We are looking passionate, especially about reaching targets, increasing sales, and making sure your team gives exceptional service to every customer with store management.
We’ll also be looking for:
- Experience in retail environment
- Experience in a management
- A head for figures, experience managing budgets and targets, and other financial aspects
- A high level of retail seafood awareness
- Exceptional interpersonal and people management skills
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Cash management
- Establishing product mix, stock management and service standards
- Ensuring effective day-to-day management of the store whilst achieving targets
- Financial management, including inventory management and increasing sales
- Assisting to drive cultural change
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Promoting and managing the store and its services
- Selecting and training the staff
- Making sure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations within store
Key Qualifications & experience
- Leadership, customer service, outstanding communication skills, self-driven with outstanding managerial skills with minimum of Diploma /Bachelor qualification in the similar stream.
Candidates with Australian citizens or permanent residency will be preferred.
Pay: $77,000.00 – $87,000.00 per year
