We're Hiring – Café All-Rounder
We're looking for an enthusiastic, reliable Café All-Rounder to join our small, friendly team.
This is a hands-on role that involves both front of house and back of house, so no two days are the same! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in your work, and love providing great customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
You'll be involved in all aspects of the café, including:
- Preparing and serving quality coffee and beverages
- Food preparation and assisting in the kitchen
- Providing friendly, welcoming customer service
- Operating the register and handling cash/EFTPOS transactions
- Receiving and checking deliveries
- Monitoring and managing stock levels
- Assisting with stock ordering
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient workspace
- Working closely with the team to keep the café running smoothly
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Is punctual, reliable, and takes pride in being on time
- Works well as part of a team
- Can take direction confidently and work independently when needed
- Has previous barista/coffee making experience
- Has kitchen or food preparation experience
- Has experience handling cash and using POS systems
- Has experience with stock ordering and inventory management
- Is organised, proactive, and pays attention to detail
- Delivers friendly, genuine customer service
- Thrives in a busy café environment with a positive attitude
