Job Summary:
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in our new warehouse facility located in Truganina, Victoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients within the logistics distribution and supply chain industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and experience working in a 3PL environment.

- Experience within a similar role within a warehouse / logistics operation

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage a team
- Invoicing clients for services
- Contribute as a key member of the Contract Logistics / 3PL team with a focus on communications with all internal / external stakeholders and an exceptional customer service experience.
- Be responsible for end to end order fulfilment support, and warehousing and distribution administration, including, but not limited to pallet hire docket creation, end of delivery
shipment closure, POD reconciliation, customer and supplier invoice reconciliation, etc.
- Coordinate the investigation of and ownership of enquiries until a satisfactory conclusion is reached.
- Accurate and timely processing of customer orders, pick-ups, data entry of connotes, deliveries, POD's, product damages, etc.
- Ownership of all escalated issues from our customers both internal and external in the first instance.
- Coordination of a successful resolution and implementation of preventative action where appropriate.
- Be a central point of contact for internal and external customer enquiries.
- Complete other tasks as reasonably requested by management from time-to-time.
Qualifications:
Tertiary qualifications in Logistics & Supply Chain Management.desirable
