The Role
- Full time
- open 7 days with a proven flexable roster
- All food prepared fresh, in-house
- Small menu with daily speicals and a strong focus on consistency
- Work in a small, clean,tight knit kitchen team
From you
- Comfortable in both prep and service
- Calm, organised, consistent – with urgency when needed
- Care about flavour, seasoning and presentation
- Works well in a small, close team
- Willing/interested to learn — training provided
