XO Projects is looking for talented and ambitious project architects to join its team in Melbourne, predominantly working on mixed-used and master planning projects including hospitality, office and multi-residential.
5 years of working experience in Australia is essential for the mentioned role. The role also entails a strong initiation and capability on executing design ideas from conceptual to materializing in the Design Development phase.

Have exceptional design skills in complex project

For project architect:

Have minimum 5+ years of industry experience

Be a registered Architect

Have knowledge of construction industry legislation, practice and procedures

Have excellent communication skills to work with clients and consultants

Be responsible and proactive to lead the project throughout

Have coaching skills for young members

Have (co) designed and lead a project from conception to completion

Full-time position (part-time negotiable)

Work within an agreed scope and deliver complete ‘packages’ of work to the deadline
