Key Account Manager - West / South West Sydney
Growth-Focused Role: While managing a portfolio, success is measured by high-impact new business conversions
Autonomous Road Role: Own a defined NSW territory across South West Sydney and the Western Suburbs
Develop Your Expertise: Grow your impact in a high-opportunity market
The Opportunity
At EBOS Healthcare, a proud division of EBOS Group, we are the partner of choice for over 7,000 GP clinics and specialists. We don't just sell equipment; we improve healthcare delivery through innovation and partnership.
We are seeking a Key Account Manager (New Business) who thrives on the challenge of market expansion. This is a road-based, autonomous role for a high-energy professional ready to convert untapped potential into EBOS strongholds across South West Sydney and the Western Suburbs.
A key focus will be New Business Acquisition. While you will manage an existing portfolio, your success will be measured by your ability to prospect, negotiate, and win.
What You Will Do:
Market Transformation: Master your territory across South West Sydney and the Western Suburbs by turning non-EBOS accounts into primary wholesale partners.
Lead with Insight: Partner with GP owners to transition their spend to premium strategic brands like Sentry Medical.
Solution Implementation: Act as a product authority, conducting on-site equipment trials that solve real-world clinical challenges.
Territory Ownership: Stay close to market trends and competitor activity across South West Sydney and the Western Suburbs, managing your territory with the accountability and commercial focus of your own business.
Who You Are:
You are a sales professional from any industry who prioritises results over activity. You are a creator of leads, not a follower of them.
A Proven Hunter: You have a track record of winning in competitive markets. Your sales fundamentals and "winning" mindset are more important than industry experience.
Persuasive & Resilient: You view "no" as the beginning of a strategic conversation and excel at professional negotiation.
Autonomous & Field-Ready: You thrive on the road and value the flexibility and responsibility of managing a defined territory across South West Sydney and the Western Suburbs.
Business Consultant Mindset: You translate complex product concepts into clear ROI, helping business owners see the long-term value of their investment.
Benefits:
This is a unique opportunity to work in a company where you are valued, given the recognition you deserve and suitably rewarded for your hard work.
Other benefits include:
Novated Leasing & Corporate Rewards – Access tax-effective vehicle leasing and a comprehensive cashback program across hundreds of retail, travel, and entertainment brands.
Employee Share Plan - Build long-term wealth with our ASX/NZX shared equity program.
Company Paid Parental Leave - Supporting your family with fully paid leave options.
Health Insurance Discounts - Enjoy reduced corporate rates on private health cover.
Mental Health Wellbeing – Free, confidential support via our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Staff Awards & Referrals – Be recognized via our peer rewards and cash referral bonuses.
