Full-Time Assistant Venue Manager to help bring this next chapter to life!

What you'll be doing:
As Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll be right in the heart of the action:
Supporting the Venue Manager in leading daily operations
Coaching, developing, and motivating a brand new team
Delivering Yo-Chi’s renowned guest experience
Managing rostering, KPIs, labour, and venue performance
Creating a positive, high energy culture from day one
Supporting recruitment and onboarding ahead of opening
Driving operational excellence and venue standards

Who we're looking for:
We’re looking for leaders who bring energy, accountability, and positivity to everything they do.
You’ll ideally have:
Leadership experience in hospitality or retail (QSR experience highly regarded)
A passion for building team culture and developing people
Strong operational and commercial acumen
Confidence working in fast paced environments
Resilience, adaptability, and a hands on approach
A genuine love for customer experience
