Senior Chef – Sergio SFM
Sergios is looking for an experienced Senior Chef to join our kitchen team at Sydney Fish Market. This venue combines a fast-paced takeaway display and kitchen with breakfast, lunch, and weekend dinner service.
About the role- This is a hands on senior role involving:
- morning kitchen setup
- cafe and breakfast service
- display preparation and replenishment
- sandwich production for lunch display
- supporting and directing service flow in a small team
- lunch to dinner handover on rostered shifts
- dinner prep, dinner service, and closing when required
What we’re looking for
- experience in cafe, brunch, or casual dining kitchens
- confident in leading service in a small team
- clean, organised, and efficient
- calm under pressure
- reliable and punctual
- available on weekends
- valid working rights in Australia
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
