We are looking for specific skills/personality to match participant requests which range from working with complex behaviour, non-verbal, personal care and HPS to support for community access and assisted daily living.
The successful applicants will play a crucial part in collaborating with individuals, providing diverse, rewarding, and engaging support – from assisting with daily living routines to facilitating social outings or pursuing hobbies and interests.
What matters to us:
- Previous experience working with disabilities
- Experience supporting people with with mental health issues
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English is ESSENTIAL
- Ability to work within a team environment and provide exceptional support
- Flexibility and reliability to accommodate varying schedules and client needs.
- Possession of a current NDIS Worker Screening check and Blue Card
- Valid Open Driver's License and vehicle available for transport
- Current CPR and First Aid Certificate

Pay: $35.00 – $60.00 per hour
Licence/Certification:
- Cert III in Individual Support (Preferred)
- Working with Children Check (Required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Required)
- First Aid & CPR (Required)
- Drivers Licence & vehicle (Required)
