Nepean Hospital is seeking an organised and proactive Administration Officer to join our Roster Office team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated administrative professional to support workforce operations within one of the region’s leading healthcare facilities.
The successful applicant will play a vital role in coordinating staff rosters, supporting workforce management processes, and ensuring efficient day-to-day roster administration across clinical departments. This role will require you to multi task and have flexability as you will work closely with Nursing Agencies, Nurse Unit Managers, Director of Nursing & Midwifery, Operational Nurse Manager, Casual Nursing Staff – Registered, Enrolled and Undergraduate Nurses and AINs.
You will bring to this role Excellent organisational and time management skills, strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
