Ranomata Cuisine is looking for reliable and hardworking Dishwashers / Kitchen Hands to join our team in Illawong.
We have day and night shifts available, with operating hours between 7:00 am and midnight. We are looking for applicants with flexible availability across weekdays and weekends.
Main duties include:
- Washing dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots and kitchen equipment
- Operating and maintaining the commercial dishwasher
- Keeping the dishwashing area clean and organised
- Cleaning kitchen floors, benches and work areas
- Emptying bins and maintaining waste areas
- Assisting with basic kitchen cleaning and preparation when required
- Keeping equipment and utensils ready for chefs during busy service
- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
What we are looking for:
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work quickly in a busy restaurant environment
- Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet
- Good attention to cleanliness and hygiene
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Previous dishwasher or kitchen hand experience is preferred but not essential
- Availability for day and/or night shifts between 7:00 am and midnight
- Weekend availability is highly regarded
- Must have the right to work in Australia
