Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for building and construction projects based on drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents.
- Analyse labour, material, and overhead costs to provide comprehensive estimates.
- Maintain and update a database of costs and pricing to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
- Provide support during the project lifecycle, including cost tracking and reporting.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in estimating within the building and construction industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
