About the Role
This is primarily an office-based compliance and operations administration role, working from our Tingalpa, Brisbane head office.
You'll work with management and our team of auditors to ensure our certification process from end to end, in a supportive, relaxed and friendly team environment.
This role is a 12 month fixed term maternity leave contract with potential to extend.
What You'll Be Doing
- Using Zoho workflow processes and SharePoint to assist with the management of audit deliverables.
- Administrative processes for management of audits.
- Assist with management of ISO certification tasks.
- Assist with managing company policies and procedures.
- Review of deliverables and administration of the certification decision process.
- Assist Client Services Team (CST) as required for delivery of certification and training products to clients, including scheduling projects and seeking feedback from clients.
- Work with Sales, CST and Finance teams to coordinate a successful delivery.
- Day to day compliance and operational tasks as required. Other ad hoc administrative duties as requested.
About You
- Excellent at communicating with wide range of stakeholders including a good phone manner and ability to engage with people at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skills and logical thinker.
- A self-starter who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
- STEM degree qualification/studies highly regarded.
- Applicants must have full working rights in Australia.
